The Lord stated in Exodus 18:23-27 that the people in Egypt will be influenced by those who occupy their realms of influence. Culture is moved from the top down through various "mountainspheres" of influence. Change agents influence culture in spheres such as media and arts, education, science and technology, business and industry, law and government, religion and family. They have strategically employed an army of change agents to operate at the tops of these cultural mountains to create a positive perception.
